Company Overview

We are a growing small business working in cosmetics GMP-regulated sector. We're looking for a hands-on Quality & Compliance Manager/Officer to own and develop our compliance systems across GMP, cosmetics, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain SOPs, batch/test records, and training logs. Lead compliance with GMP and UK/EU Cosmetics Regulation. Manage deviations, CAPA, audits, and inspections. Oversee H&S (risk assessments, COSHH, incident reporting). Ensure environmental compliance (waste, chemical disposal). Set up, Maintain and improve our QMS ).
About You

Experience in GMP, quality, compliance, or regulated industry. Strong documentation and organisational skills. Confident communicator with staff, auditors, and customers. Knowledge of ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 a plus.

Pay: 25,000.00-35,276.97 per year

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
