Overview:

We're looking to recruit

two Quality & Compliance Officers

to join our growing team in Blackburn.
Our company operates several professional online services across the UK, providing essential checks and documentation for both individuals and organisations.

This is a key role where accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance are crucial. You'll be responsible for reviewing work across multiple departments, ensuring quality and consistency across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

admin quality checks

across various online services to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Listen to and score inbound and outbound calls

for professionalism and adherence to company standards. Identify errors, trends, and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. Maintain detailed compliance logs, audit reports, and performance data. Support management in refining internal processes and ensuring consistency across departments. Ensure all activity meets company policies, GDPR, and data protection regulations. Collaborate with team leaders to maintain a high standard of service across all operations.

Skills & Experience (Essential):

Proven experience in

quality checking, compliance monitoring, or call auditing

. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly. Confident providing written and verbal feedback in a professional manner. Strong organisational and record-keeping skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Professional, confidential, and accuracy-driven approach to work.
