We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team! This role will be 20 hours a week and will be hybrid, working from home and across Step One sites.

Role Summary

The post holder will be responsible for providing support to ensure effective internal controls, audit and governance processes are in place across the organisation to monitor quality and compliance. Reporting to the Governance & Assurance Manager, the post holder will assist in ensuring appropriate quality and compliance records are maintained throughout the organisation. Working alongside a variety of services, the post holder will share team passion for service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the completion of required audits in line with an agreed schedule. Collate and maintain accurate data records to monitor the quality of services provided and the experiences of the individuals using them. Assist with the reporting of Key Performance Indicators and Patient Reported Outcome Measures. ?Support the Governance & Assurance Manager with identifying risks and trends in incidents to help drive an outstanding level of safety and quality of experience for people accessing our services. Provide general administration support to ensure all compliance records are kept up to date. Provide support to clinical audit systems as per agreed schedule. Communicate changes and updates to policies and procedures across the organisation. Ensure data is handled in accordance with GDPR legislation.
