- Key Purpose - We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team. This role is essential in ensuring we continue to develop positive and effective relationships with our clients across a diverse cross section of market sectors and deliver effective and ongoing feedback to key staff to enhance the quality of the work being delivered. Working alongside the Head of Compliance & the compliance team you will effectively help deliver all compliance related tasks and duties.

Core Responsibilities:

Working alongside the Head of Compliance & Compliance Team to effectively deliver all compliance related tasks and duties.

Managing the entire end to end process for all EODs and Complaints received by the business.

To effectively manage the QA requirements of the business across all mediums of customer contact and communication.

To identify and analyse any trends which are evident through QA activities.

Maintain an effective record of quality assurance reviews, feedback and remedial actions.

Deliver effective calibration sessions between Opos and our client base.

Liaise with the Operations and Collections departments to facilitate any necessary disciplinary proceedings related to quality assurance.

Liaise with the Collections department to facilitate any additional training requirements as identified.
