About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Hastings division for a passionate and motivated Quality, Health, and Safety Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is key to driving our commitment to health, safety, and quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take a proactive, hands-on approach to conducting site audits, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are consistently met across the district. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the value of our services and promote a strong safety culture. Oversee asset verification and condition rating using our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Gather and analyse data and compile comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and drive improvements. Coordinate and manage hazard identification, accident and incident reporting, and staff training to ensure a safe working environment.

What you'll bring:

You bring experience in quality control or health and safety, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Ideally, you hold or are willing to work towards a Level 4 Health and Safety qualification. Your administrative skills are top-notch, and you excel at managing documentation and processes. You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders. You're proactive, resourceful, and always ready to take initiative. A current full driver's license, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle, is essential.
