My client, an established yet fast growing machine manufacturing enterprise, is currently looking to recruit a new integral position into the team at their site in Northwich.

Boasting a low staff turnover, a fantastic HSE record and an exceptional Quality reputation with customers, with cultures to reflect this, my client is looking to offer an incredible opportunity to become the businesses first QSHE Coordinator

This is a new role that will require an experienced QSHE Professional who can work independently, implement QSHE standards and processes successfully across the business.

Role Summery

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company\'s health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems, including ISO9001.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety legislation, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the company\'s risk assessment and management processes, ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, and appropriately managed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the company\'s health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Manage the Quality Assurance for the business in a hands-on manner, while delegating quality control tasks to the quality function.
Essential requirements
  • Experience within Manufacturing
  • NEBOSH qualified
  • Experience working as part of a quality function previously.
  • Experience working in a HSE responsible role.
