What you'll be doing

Sample, test, audit, and monitor products and processes for safety and compliance

Perform verification checks on equipment calibration and maintain accurate records

Complete and manage audit-ready documentation and escalate non-conformances

Collect product samples in line with sampling plans and procedures

Communicate QA findings and trends to operations and relevant departments

Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure understanding of standards

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances

Maintain a safe working environment in line with HSE policy

What we're looking for

GCSE or equivalent qualifications in literacy and numeracy

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)

Holds or working towards Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety

HACCP and CCP knowledge or training

Understanding of allergen management, GMP, microbiological awareness

Strong documentation, communication, and auditing skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and support continuous improvement

Positive attitude, detail-focused, and team-oriented

What we're looking for

FMCG knowledge is advantageous, but full training is provided. The ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail. Good level of English is required (written and verbal). Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous.
