The Role

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with Flexitime) to co-ordinate and provide administrative support to our Quality team, verifying that raw material preparation, manufacturing production and product storage/distribution are in compliance with food safety, legal, and customer quality standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the QA schedule, ensuring tasks are efficiently completed, and cover QAA tasks as required Complete data analysis, identifying trends in line with KPI, maintain non-conformance log, liaising with relevant stakeholders in the business Coordinate positive release, raw materials and finished product surveillance testing and results, food safety culture reviews, customer complaint investigations, and pest control contractors Host weekly taste panels, conduct internal audits, assist with continuous improvement initiatives, review procedures and SOPs, and conduct internal training Ensure the factory remains safe in line with Health, Safety, and Environment Policy and BRC audit standards

You Will Be

CCP trained (including HACCP) Experienced with conducting internal audits Understanding of GMP standards and techniques Have strong food safety understanding Computer literate Health and Safety Level 2, Food Hygiene Level 2
