Quality Assurance Operative

to join our quality team within our fast growing FMCG family business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for quality assurance to take on a key role in maintaining high standards within our fast-paced production environment.

The Role:

Duties include:

Monitor production processes, materials, and records to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products, completing all necessary documentation. Report and help resolve quality issues and non-conformances with relevant teams. Carry out internal audits and support a culture of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Perform routine checks including labels, temperatures, calibrations, hygiene, and weights. Conduct shelf-life testing and verify critical control points (CCPs) as per the HACCP plan. Support other departments with quality guidance and promote food safety awareness. Assist in investigations, traceability exercises, and audit preparation. Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety and other Company procedures
