We're looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who will play a critical role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards. You'll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites.

What you'll do


Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits across construction sites nationwide Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply chain Report non-conformances and recommend corrective actions Monitor pre-handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes




What we're looking for


Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Construction Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections effectively Tech Savvy: Proficient in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), OpenSpace, and Office 365 Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards
