We are excited to welcome a Quality Assurance Technician to our dynamic QA team. In this vital role, you'll ensure every Geosense product meets rigorous quality standards, performs at its best, and aligns with our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

General Quality Assurance:

Perform in-process and final inspections of products and components. Conduct precise tests using precision measuring tools and equipment. Accurately document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records. Identify, report, and help resolve non-conformances. Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to solve quality issues swiftly. Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards and company policies. Participate in internal audits and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Calibrate and maintain inspection tools to ensure measurement accuracy.

Incoming Goods:

Inspect incoming critical components against technical drawings and specifications. Process goods according to established company procedures. Raise and manage internal complaints related to supplier quality issues.

Production Monitoring:

Monitor and audit production staff throughout the build process, ensuring every step meets defined quality standards.

Outgoing Inspection:

Perform final functionality checks on products ready for dispatch. Oversee product preparation and packaging for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to Geosense quality procedures.

About You:

You are an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a background in a manufacturing or production environment. You possess:

A keen eye for detail and a passion for precision. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering the highest quality work.
