Dashine Technology is a global leader in HID device development and ODM manufacturing, specializing in gaming controllers, VR/AR devices, smart home tech, and simulation products. We design and manufacture high-performance solutions for all major platforms including Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, PC, iOS, and Android.

As a QA Technician, you'll be a crucial member of our Testing team, responsible for testing and validating firmware used in advanced gaming controllers and simulator systems. You'll work closely with our firmware engineers, software developers, and product designers to identify bugs, suggest improvements, and help shape the quality of user experience across both hardware and UWP applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with regression testing on firmware updates and new product releases. Support with firmware flashing, configuration, and validation of customization features. Document and report bugs clearly using test management and tracking system. Collaborate with firmware and app developers to reproduce, isolate, and verify fixes for firmware-related issues. Test controller performance and input behaviour across multiple platforms (Windows, Xbox, PC simulators). Work with engineers to reproduce and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Provide usability feedback to help improve overall product quality.

Job Requirements

Strong interest in gaming, especially controllers and peripherals. Familiarity with gaming platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. Ability to clearly document test results and bugs. Skilled in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for test logging. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Curiosity and willingness to learn hardware testing tools and software workflows
