Role Purpose:


To ensure ongoing assurance via audit, development and education of Right First Time principles and the Power T&D Business Management System (BMS).


What you'll be doing



As a Quality Compliance Advisor, you'll have the following accountabilities:


To deliver a risk based audit schedule working in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. To manage the closure of identified non conformities ensuring root cause analysis is implemented to prevent reoccurrence. To facilitate and manage educational workshops, offering training and support to Operational / Functional team representatives. To map and deliver core process activities throughout the Power T&D business covering, but not limited to Cabling, Multi-Utilities, Overhead Line and Substation works and its associated central functions. To advise, support and facilitate lean initiatives that drive best practice and deliver

industry leading methods throughout our business.
To support the wider Quality Team with training initiatives and the progressive roll out of Right First Time. To ensure that the principles of Build to Last are embedded in our activities and that processes are continually challenged to deliver value added benefits by the removal of waste


Who we're looking for



The following qualities/experience are essential:


Interpersonal skills, has the ability to work at all levels of the organisation Confident in working with Senior Management QMS Audit experience (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred) Full UK driving licence is essential Training and facilitation skills are essential Excellent knowledge of improvement methodology including Process Mapping, Root Cause and Lean. Previous experience in project management would be advantageous Awareness of Quality Management and Risk Management principles Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
