About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead all aspects of quality assurance across our production environment. This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to senior management and working closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams.

Your focus will be on building robust quality systems, preventing defects, and driving continuous improvement to support our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

You'll lead the transformation of our quality operations--introducing smart data tracking, meaningful KPIs, and lean audit processes--while mentoring others on best practices. You will be expected to challenge existing systems, implement root cause analysis, and enforce corrective/preventive action frameworks that raise the bar across the board.

Lead quality inspections, testing, and compliance for raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods

Develop and implement a structured Quality Management System (QMS)

Work closely with the Production Manager and team leaders to ensure alignment on quality objectives

Audit internal processes and support continuous training to build a quality-first culture

Liaise with customers and regulatory bodies regarding product compliance, issues, and resolutions

Travel to sites and customers to perform checks and ensure highest level of quality

Ensure consistent documentation and traceability across all quality records

Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior quality control or assurance role within manufacturing or production

Deep understanding of quality systems, ISO standards, and lean principles

Exceptional analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience training or mentoring teams

A proactive mindset and hands-on approach to improvement

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
