About The Team:

The Quality Control Manager sits within our Operational Excellence team which is responsible for driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout HelloFresh's operation. Responsible for the detection and correction of pick and pack defects, this is a data-driven team that exemplifies the HelloFresh attitude of an egoless environment and learning never stops!

What You Will Be Doing:

The Quality Control Manager will engage and develop colleagues to meet their full potential to then allow the teams to achieve optimum performance Lead the site Quality team, taking accountability for their performance and development to exemplify the teams values Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) of internal and external quality data, analysing this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement Monitor and evaluate the operational processes and identify potential areas of improvement to ensure consistent quality Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality or safety issues and collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventative measures to improve quality Educate and lead employees on quality control procedures, promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation Support in the design, development, and implementation of the HelloFresh Operational Excellence System Undertaking and lead problem solving activities to drive continuous improvement Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures and site KPI targets.

Who You Are:

Clear experience of continuous improvement in FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification Experience in conducting inspections and audits Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools and systems A natural leader able to influence and motivate at all levels

Shifts:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm office based every day
