We are recruiting 2 x

Quality Control Operatives

to join our Quality Team based in Beeston, Leeds.


The

Quality Control Operatives

will provide a proactive and methodical approach to resolving production issues, ensuring all products are manufactured in accordance with defined quality standards, approved materials, and agreed specifications.


Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4pm


Key Responsibilities:




Monitor quality of products within different departments of the beds business to ensure all quality standard and procedures are being correctly adhered to. Working towards achieving a 98% right first-time target across all production functions and pushing for higher. Identify, record, and report defects or non?conformances in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all quality documents are maintained to a high standard. Promote continuous improvement by conducting root?cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Making quality part of our values by creating a positive quality driven culture. Provide all operatives and line managers with quality and technical support.

About You

Key Skills & Experience:




Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Methodical approach. Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with production teams. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast?paced environment. Problem?solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality?related role is beneficial but not always essential. Knowledge of quality control tools, inspection methods, or ISO standards is an advantage. Basic IT skills for completing digital records and report.
