Job Title: Quality Control Operative

Salary: 23,926.50 plus performance bonus

Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 5pm, 5 days out of 7 with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.

Your Role:

Picture yourself immersed in the dynamic world of mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, and buds! As a Quality Control Operative, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every electronic device meets our industry-leading standards before reaching our valued customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Dive into the intricate world of diagnostics, cosmetic grading, and device configuration using cutting-edge industry software. Use your keen eye for detail to visually assess the cosmetic standard of electronic devices, recording results with precision. Use industry systems to expertly wipe mobile phones and other devices of data, ensuring privacy and security. Record all checking results meticulously within our internal systems using both manual processes and state-of-the-art scanning equipment. Maintain an optimal balance between quantity and quality, consistently meeting internal and external deadlines. Contribute to a positive and safe working environment, raising health and safety concerns promptly. Be a proactive team player, providing feedback on issues or delays to ensure seamless operations.
