As a QC Technician you will have to take responsibility for daily QC requirements of Operations department. You will be responsible reporting any nonconformity found.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the QC Manager in the running of Quality Control function.
Creating good relationships with Production and Maintenance Departments to feed back issues and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and resolving quality control matters efficiently to prevent recurrence.
Assisting in the completion of the Root Cause Analysis and investigations.
Performing hygiene check before production starts.
Performing In process checks on line and finished product tests which must be in accordance with product specification. Report any anomalies.
Recording information using our ERP system for the generation of quality documentation and traceability.
Maintaining the laboratory in clean conditions.
Adhere to company processes and procedures.
Support in continuous improvement activities to develop greater level of quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate must have:
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, internal and external, using great communication skills (verbal, written, body language).
Capacity to work independently, self-motivated once instructions have been given.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure sometimes.
Strong attention to details.
Computer skills and ability to work with Office Products.
