We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and advancing our high standards across quality and production control processes.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Engineer, you will:

Support all stages of product development and launches across the business. Ensure compliance with certifications including ISO9001, AS9100 Rev D, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Investigate and resolve quality issues from customers, in-house production, and suppliers. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain strong communication with customer quality teams to enhance our reputation as a reliable supplier. Support and conduct internal audits and contribute to external certification audits. Prepare quality investigation reports, maintain documentation, and generate statistical reports. Deliver quality-related training and lead improvement projects. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure procedures and manuals are up-to-date and effective.

What We're Looking For

HNC, Degree, or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline. Strong background in quality engineering within a mechanical engineering environment. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with internal auditing and quality systems. Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 45001. Professional QA qualification. NADCAP experience. Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement experience. Familiarity with AQAP requirements and aerospace/automotive standards.
