Job Description

Do you have experience working as a Quality Engineer role within a Manufacturing Industry? We are looking for an Quality Engineer to join the team to assist with the coordination of our Quality Systems.

Duties:



Assist with planning and execution of internal and external audits. Ensure document control by maintaining relevant registers and co-ordination with production teams To identify and promote continual improvement opportunities in line with Company objectives To assist with operational and functional teams to understand, comply and improve system requirements Ensuring all forms of NCR's are resolved and recorded in a timely manner using quality tools such as 8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa Maintain the Complaints tracker Assist in writing / maintaining site departmental quality procedures. Attending daily and weekly OPS meetings Carrying out daily and weekly QC checks across production

The Person:



Experience in manufacturing environment An engineering degree (desirable) Minimum of 4 years in a quality role Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally AS9100 Experience with quality methods such as RCCA, 8D, 5 Why, fish bone diagram Internal auditing experience
