The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated

Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Coordinator

to assist in our integrated management systems. This role is responsible for ensuring our continued compliance with international and UK standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and safeguarding the well-being of our team and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Integrated Management System Leadership:

Oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our integrated management systems, ensuring full compliance with:

ISO 22716 (GMP for Cosmetics)

ISO 13485 (Medical Devices Quality Management Systems)

ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)

ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)

Drive the successful achievement and maintenance of all relevant certifications.

Health & Safety Management:

Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular risk assessments, accident investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation (e.g., HSWA 1974, CDM Regulations if applicable). Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness programs.

Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight:

Manage and enhance the overall Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation control, non-conformance management, CAPA processes, and change control. Lead internal and external audits, including hosting third-party certification bodies and customer audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality processes.

Environmental Management:

Manage and improve environmental policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable practices. Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Training & Development:

Assist and deliver training programs on QMS, health and safety, and environmental awareness to all levels of staff.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for all quality, health, safety, and environmental matters with regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers. Report on system performance to senior management and drive strategic improvements.

About You:



Experience required in a similar role, with direct responsibility or assisting in managing multiple ISO standards.

Knowledge and practical experience in at least 1 of the following:

ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP) ISO 13485 (Medical Devices QMS) ISO 9001 (General QMS) ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)

Experience in Health & Safety management:

Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems. The ability of leading and participating in internal audits. An understanding of relevant UK legislation for H&S, environmental, and product-specific regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable (but not essential):



Experience in cosmetics manufacturing, medical device production.
