The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of operations and products in accordance with our quality management system. Responsibility for test & Inspection of manufactured and supplied parts from our internal or external supply chain. To take a proactive role in the day-to-day leadership of the inspection team.

Responsibilities of the role:



Supervise and coordinate the inspection team Time, attendance and performance management of inspection team Assign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areas Provide guidance, support, and training to team members Ensure test and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with our internal procedures Track and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures that impact the cost of quality.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities List:



Previous supervisory or management experience Planning of workload to ensure a constant flow of work Strong communication skills and collaboration 3-5 years of experience within Aviation Working to tight deadlines Work closely with all functions, progressing and verifying actions and reporting on issues affecting quality Continuous improvement 6S knowledge / implementation An organized approach and excellent time management skills Excellent customer service orientation Good interpersonal skills Strong prioritization skills Decision making skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines Computer skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-browsers Knowledge of basic measuring equipment Participates in preparing all necessary documentation for reporting acceptance/rejection of inspected and/or tested items
