The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of operations and products in accordance with our quality management system. Responsibility for test & Inspection of manufactured and supplied parts from our internal or external supply chain. To take a proactive role in the day-to-day leadership of the inspection team.

Supervise and coordinate the inspection team
Time, attendance and performance management of inspection team
Assign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areas
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
Ensure test and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with our internal procedures
Track and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures that impact the cost of quality.
Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience
Planning of workload to ensure a constant flow of work
Strong communication skills and collaboration
3-5 years of experience within Aviation
Working to tight deadlines
Work closely with all functions, progressing and verifying actions and reporting on issues affecting quality
