Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for monitoring on-going quality of product through the production process, carrying out random quality checks.

2. Acting independently from production with respect to final release of pharmaceutical products and other products as determined by Quality Manager.

3. Inspection of incoming product from supplier.

4. Operate EyeC Proofiler system as required.

5. Conduct internal audits where allocated, covering process, housekeeping and glass/brittle plastic.

6. Responsible for the maintenance of the quality system as directed by the Quality Manager.

7. Customer specific approvals and testing as required.

8. Participate in quality improvement projects as the need arises.

9. Participate in Health, Safety & Environment programmes comply with HSE practices.

10. Co-ordinate processing of customer returns and quarantined product.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)

Experience in Microsoft Word/Excel

Experience working as part of team

Practical knowledge of health & safety

Ability to use own initiative

DESIRABLE CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)

Qualification in Quality and/or Engineering

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE

(tested at interview)

Flexible approach to working hours

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with minimum supervision on own initiative and as part

of a team.

Highly analytical and results drive with good attention to detail.
