Job Description


Due to continued growth, the position of a Quality Inspector has become available to join a growing team based in Blaydon, North East on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The Regional Delivery Partnership is a framework contract with Highways England for the development, design and construction of capital road projects. The Costain Jacobs Partnership were awarded two lots; Lot 7 (East Region) & Lot 8 (North Region).
This vacancy relates to Lot 8 for the delivery of 3 schemes along the A1 corridor in Newcastle and Northumberland, with combined scheme budgets in excess of \xc2\xa3550M.

This role is based on site in Blaydon with dynamic working considered.

Role Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in Civil Engineering or relevant professional experience

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience delivering complex structures/roadworks in a similar role

\xc2\xb7 Site Management Safety Training Scheme SMSTS

\xc2\xb7 Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive

\xc2\xb7 Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
