We are looking for a Quality Manager with both the insight and the drive to elevate our Quality function. Someone who embraces big challenges, delivers clear results, and brings decisive energy to improving processes, strengthen standards, and leading the department into a sharper, more effective future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the company's quality management system, ensuring continued compliance with ISO standards Lead the management and coordination of ISO 9001 audits, including preparation, internal audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement actions. Drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions Support customer-specific quality requirements and resolve any quality concerns promptly and professionally Promote 5S methodology and champion LEAN techniques. Champion continuous improvement across the business To liaise with Production and Design to enhance manufacturing processes. Participate in external audits by customers or accrediting bodies. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, ensuring process control and right first-time performance on repeat products.

About You

Proven experience in a quality leadership role within sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including welding, assembly, and finishing Practical experience with ISO 9001 and structured quality tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC) Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels Methodical, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards Experience working with bespoke or custom-engineered products is highly desirable
