The EuroTech Group Plc, based in Exmouth, Devon, is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of hi-tech printed circuit boards (PCBs), high precision hermetic metal packages and associated components for the electronics industry. We have a vacancy for a Senior Quality Manager to join the Quality team.

Key Duties

Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality documentation. Conduct internal investigations into quality problems. Write and amend procedures and work instructions. Assist with the analysis and reporting of customer returns. Conduct customer surveys. Support Quality and Lean activities. Support the Production and Quality teams and Quality Director as required. Respond to customer queries. Drive continual improvement.

Essential Skills

Knowledge of IPC. Internal Quality Auditing. Supplier Quality Auditing. Ability to read technical drawings. Metrology (CMM, Micrometres, Callipers). Microsoft Office. Analytical. Interpreted Standards. Understand and generate procedures. Questioning. Positive/ Can Do attitude. Flexible. Self-Motivated. Attention to detail. Methodical. Manufacturing Background. Teamwork.

Desirable Skills

PCB Experience. 5S & Lean. FAIR (AS9102) Report writing. Team leader / facilitator. Knowledge of AS9100. Data recording. SPC charts. Good general IT skills.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
