The role
The Quality Manager leads all quality assurance and quality control functions to ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. This role oversees quality systems, audits, testing, documentation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The Quality Manager partners closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive defect reduction, strengthen process capability, and improve first-pass yield.

The person - Qualifications
5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with QMS frameworks (ISO 9001 preferred).
Proficiency in statistical process control, inspection methods, and measurement tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
Working Conditions
Combination of office and shop-floor environments.
Frequent inspection of materials and production processes.
Collaboration across multiple departments and shifts
