Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Quality & Operations Coordinator

to join our on-site team in Coventry. This varied role will support our quality management, logistics, export compliance, and general operations. You will play a key part in maintaining our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes across the business.

ISO 9001 experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. ISO 9001 Quality Management

Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits Maintain documentation, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and training records Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

2. Logistics & Dispatch

Oversee daily dispatch and delivery schedules Coordinate with couriers and freight companies Ensure accurate documentation and tracking for all outgoing goods

3. Export & Compliance

Ensure all exported goods meet destination country regulatory and customer compliance requirements Liaise with customs and freight agents for export paperwork Ensure all shipments meet applicable regulatory and customer requirements

4. Administration & Coordination

Maintain up-to-date supplier and customer records Provide general office and operational support as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience working within an ISO 9001 environment (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Experience in logistics, export documentation, or compliance processes (preferred) Confident using Microsoft Office and standard business systems
