Great Opportunity to work as a Quality Specialist for a Luxury automotive manufacturer in Chichester.

Working Full time Monday to Friday-
-7:30am to 4pm

Pay rates-
-Up to \xc2\xa323.43 per hour

Your Time at Work

The Quality Specialist (QS) is responsible for supporting the problem resolution process as a key member of the problem solving team.

A technical background in structured problem solving and the tools / techniques involved in this are prerequisites of a QS\'s toolbox.

Solutions are cost effective and deadline orientated; furthermore the solutions are robust and permanent through effective understanding of all potential root causes and subsequent implemented improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Contains, identifies root causes, and develops permanent solutions for part, product and process quality related issues.
Supports the Process Leader / Production Area Manager for specific production area and ensures that the problem landscape is prioritised and worked on accordingly.
Is a team expert to ensure that all quality related problems are clearly defined and reported at the correct status.
Specialist in data collation and analysis which supports the accurate definition of problems and the subsequent validation of improvements to ensure that implemented solutions are robust.
Specialist in measurement systems who supports the introduction and validation of new processes to the assembly process.
Specialist problem solving processes which include VPS Small and VPS Large problem solving sheets.
Is the interface between Launch and Change Management and the Vehicle Assembly Line.
Is the interface for assembly related issues found in the field.
Is the expert in measurement systems and analysis supporting the introduction and validation of new processes to the assembly process.

Our Perfect Worker

Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods.
Proven track record using quality tools.
Knowledge and understanding of modern manufacturing environment.
Problem solving and driving skills
A Level Maths / science, HNC or above
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within automotive industry.
Technical knowledge in Interior / Exterior Trim, Powertrain, Electrical or Vehicle Test is desirable.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
