Enterprise Technology is the Technology organisation responsible for the design, build and ongoing maintenance of the systems owned by the Group Functions (Risk, Compliance, Finance, Core Banking, Corporate Functions and Deputy COO). The organisation consists of over 8,000 people working in collaboration across 14 countries, to support over 3,000 applications Role Description: We are looking for a new member to join our growing Qualtrics Employee Experience Management pod within HRIT to support the delivery of an ambitious \xe2\x80\x9ccontinuous listening\xe2\x80\x9d employee experience programme, which will seek to deliver relevant and timely surveys to employees across all stages the employee lifecycle, using the Qualtrics SaaS technology. These surveys will better enable HSBC to understand employee feedback and deliver targeted improvements and interventions to improve the overall colleague experience The successful candidate will join a newly formed Agile pod, consisting of HRIT and Employee Insights team members, to deliver the continuous improvement product backlog and provide day to day application support for the Qualtrics platform. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Qualtrics product owner (HR Employee Listening), HRIT Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the Qualtrics product backlog
  • Capturing, analysing and documenting business process
  • Participating in the design of solutions to address business requirements
  • Configuring solutions using the Qualtrics platform
  • Working with wider HRIT teams to deliver end to end technical solutions e.g. integration, embedded surveys
  • Developing excellent platform knowledge through self-learning, training courses and collaboration with professional services teams
  • Actively participating in the Qualtrics Pod e.g. resolution of system defects, delivery of service requests, devleopment of changes, upgrades/patching, proactive monitoring of system health and performance
  • Writing appropriate functional and technical documentation for all delivery





Requirements

Essential Skillset/Experience:
  • Experience of working with the Qualtrics platform or similar SaaS survey/employee experience technology (Ideally EX but not essential)
  • Experience of data or statistical analysis
  • Has worked successfully within a DevOps and Agile team/environment
  • Experience of producing technical specifications and documentation
  • Experience of SaaS software and working with software vendors to keep abreast of developments, releases and roadmaps


The role will be based in Sheffield but some travel may be required. This role supports Hybrid working.
