installations.The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management and successful delivery of passive fire protection projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing costs, contracts, and budgets for firestopping and fire door projects. Preparing and reviewing tenders, valuations, and final accounts. Negotiating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Identifying and managing risks, variations, and cost-saving opportunities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or fire protection sectors.
Essential experience
inPassive Fire Protection
, particularlyFirestopping
andFire Doors
. Strong knowledge of contracts (e.g., JCT/NEC). Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Strong communication and organisational abilities.Benefits:
