Our property acquisition company is now scaling both its quick house buying & repossession lead arm, targeting below-market opportunities across the UK. We're seeking a sharp, reliable, and proactive Lead Processor / relationship manager to join the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing and managing inbound distressed & pre-repossession leads (from our google ads as well as court data, LPA receivers, etc.)
Running quick initial due diligence on each lead (value, arrears risk, equity position)
Engaging with homeowners, solicitors, and agents to understand motivations
Booking in quality leads for senior negotiators or offer generation
Keeping CRM and lead-tracking pipeline squeaky clean
What We Need From You:
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills (you'll speak with distressed homeowners, often in tough spots)
Confidence to sniff out genuine equity and motivation
Minimum 2+ Years property industry experience
Knowledge of property values, sales progression, or repossessions (training provided)
Self-discipline--you'll be given the tech and tools. We expect results.
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in estate agency, property sourcing, sales progression, or conveyancing
Worked with repossession cases, mortgage arrears, or court order timelines
Familiarity with tools like Land Registry, Rightmove, or Zoopla Pro
