We are currently working with one of Europes largest beauty brands on a global finance transformation programme and are seeking an experienced

R2R Lead

with

Redwood platform expertise

to support this key initiative.

Role Overview

As the

R2R Lead

, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report process transformation, leading the deployment of Redwood's Financial Automation suite (Task Manager, Journal Entry, Account Reconciliation). You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of R2R processes using Redwood automation tools Own the delivery of key modules: Task Manager, Journal Entry, and Account Reconciliation Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Conduct gap analysis, readiness assessments, and process mapping exercises Support the development of an internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) for R2R automation Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users Monitor performance metrics, identify issues, and drive resolution Work closely with Proservartner's delivery and leadership teams to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience

Strong functional knowledge of Record-to-Report processes in a global or regional context Proven experience leading R2R transformation programmes Hands-on experience with

Redwood Software

, including Task Manager, Journal Entry, and Reconciliation modules Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Consultancy or shared services background preferred Finance/accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or similar) is a plus
