As a Ramen Chef at Tonkotsu you will be on the front line, you will manages your section and contributes to
the day-to-day operation of the kitchen alongside the BOH Management team. Your role is crucial in ensuring
that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality and
achieving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
What I do

I make sure the food I prepare is of a high, consistent quality and in line with company standard and
specs.

I monitor quality and availability of products, and service provided. I use the company communications channels in the right way at the right time, so that everyone is
well informed.

I ensure the Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived. I play a crucial part in keeping the kitchen clean and well maintained. I help in hitting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), which include:
o FIB/NPS
o Social Media rating
o Health, Safety and Hygiene results
o Operational Checks

I complete all necessary documentation to company standard (e.g. Trail). I will be fully trained and be able to work in any section of the kitchen, with knowledge of all food
preparation and be able to run a section during service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in a ramen-focused kitchen. Strong background in hospitality and customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
