Job Purpose


Reporting to the Market Manager for RBI UK, the broad outline of the role will be to provide a high standard of market support across the RBI UK account. The role will be 50/50 home based/external based on market needs with a high level of autonomy regarding the day-to-day operation of the customer accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the overall direction, coordination, execution and control of the installations and other specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

The successful candidate will be required to travel and manage workloads during this time.

Candidate must be customer focused, flexible, have the ability to organise workload, be proactive and project manage high value orders. The role requires a good understanding of processes/procedures with defined deadlines, a good level of understanding of technical drawings, adequate numerical and verbal skills to understand and present projects internally and externally. Attendance during new store installations and remodels is required.

The role requires a proactive approach to build customer relationships, maintaining market share and promoting our online offering. In addition, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations

A good portion of the workload will be the process of internal administration.

Principal Responsibilities



Attend site to oversee deliveries and installations to ensure a smooth process for the franchisee Work to improve customer satisfaction levels by delivering a high level of customer service at all times Liaise with internal departments to ensure that we meet all the required timescales and that the order process is as efficient as possible Work with both the customer and our internal teams to develop any new products as required Report and resolve any onsite customer issues to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company by following our internal processes Provide weekly reports to the Market Manager for RBI UK of any site/customer visits Provide admin support including project admin, resupply quotes/orders, AR etc Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services by delivering premium account management Perform any other miscellaneous duties to support the business and make it more profitable.

Nature and Scope



The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring customer service levels, RBI UK and H + K KPI's in their assigned markets through the following day to day activities.

On site attendance to oversee installations and deliveries ensuring minimal issues for both H + K and the customer Attendance at RBI events as the H + K representative if requested Work with the admin team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth ordering process with the aim of deliveries being on time in full Support with admin including projects, resupply quotes/orders, warranty, stock queries, overdues, obsolete/slow moving stock Liaise with service agents in market to deal with warranty claims Provide weekly visit reports detailing any outcomes/opportunities/challenges Check all commercials on quotes/orders and ensure correct pricing/mark ups are being used Promote the use of HKI Online for customers to order online Must be customer centric, flexible, have the ability to organise workload, be proactive and project manage high value orders Flexible around travel. Position will be based in UK but customer focussed travel will be required (sometimes at short notice) and also travel to our facilities in Rugby and/or Poland for meetings etc Role will initially cover the UK market but may expand into other markets to support growth
The successful individual will be driven, results orientated, positive, enjoy being a team player and be able work to tight deadlines. Due to the nature of the role, it is also essential to hold a valid driving licence.

Person Specification



Essential



Educated to at A level standard (or equivalent) with good quality of grades

Experience of working within the QSR industry (supplier, restaurant or service agent)

Working for a large organisation having carried out a multitude of operational and commercial tasks to develop the business

High level of expertise in Microsoft office

Experience in ERP systems

Ability to build rapport easily and with a high degree of influence

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi task and juggle numerous deadlines to meet targets

Active listener with the ability to resolve conflict

Able to show resilience and adaptability in working in a fast paced environment

Goal orientated and driven to achieve targets

Flexible and able to travel at short notice

Full, valid driving licence

Desirable



Experience in H + K and a familiarity with our processes

Relevant degree or vocational training pertinent to the role

Fluent in a major European language

Technical sales ideally working in a product led environment requiring interpretation of drawings (full training will be given)

Understanding manufacturing process

Background within another KES, OEM or within customer environment would be desirable

Social media and marketing experience

Face to face customer selling

Good team player.
