Emerging Market Manager,
the successful candidate willensure the growth of Human Appeal into new geographical areas, establish and nurture new fundraising offices and relationships, and effectively manage and coordinate fundraising activities and communications flows between Head Office and overseas fundraising operations.

Key duties and responsibilities of the
Emerging Market Manager:
Follow the strategy set by the director and implement action plan, in line with the organizational Strategic Key Priorities.
Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities in emerging markets.
Prepare and present business cases/feasibility studies/risk analyses for new offices.
Manage the establishment and capacity building of new fundraising operations
Assure effective planning and monitoring of new fundraising offices.
What were looking for in
Emerging Market Manager:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the charity sector, and fundraising
Graduate level qualifications in management or related discipline
Computer literate and competent with Microsoft products
Very good spoken and written English, Arabic, and at least another European language (e.g. French, Spanish, etc.)
