Our client, one of the UK's leading commercial property practices, is seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join their highly respected Housebuilder sector team. Renowned for advising some of the nation's largest housebuilders, this team is consistently ranked in the top tiers by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, handling transactions of any size or complexity with deep sector expertise.

The role:

• Handle a mix of Housebuilder-focused commercial property matters while gaining exposure to a wide range of other property transactions.
• Work closely with colleagues across offices and sectors to deliver exceptional client service.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the team's sector profile.
• Comply with all firm policies, procedures, and information security requirements.

About you:

• At least 1 year post-qualification experience within a leading property practice.
• Strong academic background and a sharp intellect.
• Excellent organisation, initiative, and communication skills.
