The firm's Real Estate practice is one of the most respected in the market, advising on all traditional asset classes as well as emerging areas such as PRS, student accommodation, hotels, and leisure. Their lawyers work closely with top-tier investors and developers, providing strategic, commercially-focused advice on high-value investment, development, and asset management matters.
The Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you'll join a dynamic and well-resourced team handling a broad range of real estate transactions. You will:
- Advise on complex investment, development, and asset management projects.
- Act for leading institutional investors, developers, and funds on transactions often exceeding multi-million in value.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, and tax teams to deliver a full-service offering to clients.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives within the firm's thriving real estate practice.
This is an opportunity to work alongside some of the best lawyers in the sector, with genuine scope for progression and development within an ambitious and supportive team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 1-4 years' PQE (although candidates outside this range will be considered).
- Have trained and/or worked within a recognised commercial real estate team at a leading national or international law firm.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in real estate investment and development work.
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Be commercially astute, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
