Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their busy Real Estate team, specialising in site acquisition and development projects. You will work on a broad range of property matters, from negotiating development agreements and conditional contracts to advising on title issues and completions. The role offers exposure to larger projects including joint ventures, regeneration, and care developments, while providing support to senior partners and contributing to team growth.
What we're looking for:
You'll have 2-4 years' PQE in real estate, with experience in site acquisition and development work. You'll be confident managing files from start to finish, enjoy client contact, and have excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial skills. Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Knowledge of affordable housing or Registered Providers is a plus but not required.
