Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-regarded, national law firm who are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team, within a collaborative and supportive environment, working on high-quality commercial property matters across a range of sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing general property matters including licences, easements, surrenders, rent reviews, lease renewals, and property finance work.
Advising on land acquisitions, including options and conditional contracts.
Acting on property investment acquisitions and disposals for both buyers and sellers.
Handling lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants on commercial premises.

About You:

3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience in commercial property
Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and written communication skills.
Able to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters when required.
Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
Experience in property development or asset management is desirable but not essential.
