The Real Estate Knowledge Counsel role in Manchester or Liverpool offers an exciting opportunity to provide expertise and support within our client's tier one real estate team. This permanent position focuses on delivering high-quality advice and a focus on tech innovation in real estate services.
As a Real Estate Knowledge Counsel your duties will include:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of real estate law and practices relevant to the business services industry.
• Working creatively with the Tech/Automation teams to support the drive to improve the efficiency of real estate transactional processes through the use of technology.
• Provide expert advice and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and update legal documentation and precedents.
• Deliver training and updates on legal developments to colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyse changes in real estate law and their impact on the organisation.
• Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry discussions and publications.
