Job Description

We have direct instructions on a new Commercial Real Estate role, for a candidate with ideally 2-4 years' PQE (although those with up to 5-6 PQE will be considered), to join a dynamic and growing team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with highly regarded Partners on a variety of high-value, complex transactions. You will take a lead role with major clients, and will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to business development and client strategy.
The opportunity:

• Taking a lead role on key transactions and client relationships
• Coordinating with wider teams (construction, planning, litigation)
• Supervising and supporting junior colleagues across the team
• Driving business development.

Qualities sought:

• A strong commercial real estate background
• Experience managing transactions from end to end
• Confident client handler, with ambition to develop relationships and grow business
• Team player, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Working Environment:

• The agile working policy requires team members to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
• Minimum chargeable hours are 1300 annually.
