An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a premier real estate practice in London, who are seeking a mid to senior level Lawyer to join a highly regarded, market-leading team. This group is known for advising on many of the most significant and complex transactions in the market, regularly acting on major investment mandates, landmark development schemes, structured joint ventures, large-scale regeneration projects and high-profile corporate real estate matters.
Working as part of a substantial and exceptionally well-regarded team, you will handle a broad mix of transactional real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, corporate support and real estate finance. The team is frequently instructed on major cross-border matters and substantial UK projects, and continues to be recognised across leading directories for both the scale and sophistication of its work.
The successful candidate will have strong transactional real estate experience, excellent technical ability and a collaborative, client-focused approach. You will play a key role in managing workstreams, building client relationships, mentoring juniors and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. With the nature of the work and the client base, while foreign-qualified Lawyers are welcome to apply, local experience within the England & Wales market is very much preferred.
