Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading legal heavyweight who enjoy an excellent reputation and who work with an impressive client base which includes housebuilders, government bodies and financial institutions.
You'll be joining a highly successful team led by a Partner who is an expert in the field.
Your focus will be to assist with transactions relating to telecoms work and will involve dealing with landlord/tenant asset management work, including drafting and negotiating lease documents and managing client reporting.
You will bring exceptional communication and organisational skills and you'll be confident dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders. Ideally you shall have previous experience of working within commercial property, and be commercially aware.
