Real Estate Partner / Senior Lawyer - Top 100 UK Law Firm
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: 120,000-180,000
A well-regarded Top 100 UK law firm, long respected for the strength of its practice in the South, is continuing its ambitious expansion with the opening of a new Manchester office. As part of this growth, the firm is seeking an experienced real estate Partner or Senior Lawyer to help establish and develop its presence in the North West.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent role for a driven and commercially focused partner who is excited by the prospect of shaping a team from the ground up. You will ideally bring a strong following or a solid referral network (although not essential), along with the ambition and leadership skills needed to contribute to the long-term strategy of the Manchester office.
Responsibilities include:
- Playing an active role in business development
- Influencing the future direction of the practice
- Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
- Working closely with a supportive and dynamic wider real estate group across both the North and South
- A genuinely exciting time to join a firm entering a new phase of growth in Manchester
- Access to high-quality work and long-standing national clients
