Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Real Estate Partner in Leeds to handle commercial property work spanning development, investment, and corporate occupier transactions, working closely with a northern real-estate team and generating your own work streams.
The Real Estate Partner will be:

Managing commercial property matters including development, investment, landlord/tenant and corporate occupier work.
Winning and generating your own work streams and new business opportunities.
Building and managing client relationships (investors, developers, corporate occupiers).
Working with the existing team in the North West / Leeds to deliver high-quality service.
Growing a team and supporting the growth of the Leeds office.

The Real Estate Partner should be / have;

A Partner with a track record in commercial real estate, including development, investment, landlord/tenant and occupier work.
Able to generate your own work streams and bring existing client relationships.
Experienced in managing complex property transactions and delivering high-value commercial property deals.
An interest to grow a Property team and a new Leeds office.
