A rare and strategic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Partner (or ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step up) to join a growing Top 50 national law firm as they launch their new office in Milton Keynes.
This is a growth-focused hire with the opportunity to help establish and shape the firm's regional Real Estate presence. With a strong national footprint, modern infrastructure and a commercially driven culture, the firm offers an agile, forward-thinking platform designed to support ambitious lawyers with business development drive and client relationships.
The Role - What You'll Be Doing
Lead and grow the Real Estate practice in Milton Keynes, supported by a national network of property, planning, construction, corporate and finance specialists.
Advise on a broad spectrum of Real Estate matters including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Development and investment projects
Strategic land, regeneration, and land promotion agreements
Landlord and tenant matters and lease negotiations
Real estate finance and secured lending
Develop, manage and expand client relationships across:
Developers, investors, landowners, housebuilders, lenders and corporate occupiers
Collaborate with colleagues nationally to maximise cross-referrals and full-service opportunities.
Mentor junior lawyers, help build and develop the local Real Estate team.
Represent the firm at regional property events, networking forums and sector partnerships.
About You
Established Real Estate Partner, or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership.
Strong technical expertise across commercial property, development, investment or strategic land.
Proven business development capability, with client relationships or a modest following desirable.
Entrepreneurial and commercially focused, excited by the opportunity to shape a new office.
Collaborative, client-focused, and confident in managing high-level relationships.
