The opportunity would suit either an existing Partner, or a Senior Associate / Legal Director who is genuinely ready to step up. You'll have strong commercial property experience gained at a recognised firm, along with a solid track record of contributing to client relationships and the growth of a practice.
While the ability to develop clients is important, there is meaningful work to be handed over, making this as much about stewardship and progression as it is about business development.
