Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) - Belfast | Tier 1 Practice BCL Legal is currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top-tier, market-leading real estate team in Belfast. This is a chance to work at the forefront of the Northern Ireland property market on some of the most high-profile and complex commercial real estate transactions in the jurisdiction. The team advises a broad domestic and international client base including investors, developers, financial institutions, retailers, and corporate occupiers across the full spectrum of commercial property work. The Role You will work on a wide range of high-value and complex matters, including: Investment acquisitions and disposals Development and regeneration projects Commercial leasing and portfolio management Real estate finance transactions Property elements of corporate deals You will be part of a well-resourced, collaborative team with strong cross-border capability and access to major clients and transactions, offering excellent exposure and long-term progression prospects.
